A 3 and a 6

The weather has been lovely, cooler than normal for August. I'm thankful!

My foot is healing nicely-isn't it amazing how God made our bodies? We are indeed "fearfully and wonderfully made."

I ran 3 miles on Thursday, took Friday off and ran 6 miles this morning. :-) Sometimes I have a hard time believing I can actually run that far. My knees are a little achy right now.

My 2 youngest sons are doing great with their running-so proud of their discipline and desire to make healthy choices.

Plan to do some more yard work, after I take mom's b'day cake out of the oven. And believe you me, I'll be wearing sturdy shoes this time. :-)
