50 degrees. Rain. Just couldn't do it.
Instead I got out my old, very old, Stormie Omartian "Exercise for Life" video from the mid 80s and stretched and aerobicized with it. Cross-training, right?
Kinda.
I will be sore tomorrow, that much I know.
Just remembered; I do have to go out into the rain--I have 3 bags of pine bark mulch that have to be spread today. :-)
Should I get the Shred DVD? Does anyone use it? Recommend it?

I love the Shred. I haven't been using it consistently lately, but I'm hoping w/winter coming up to get back into it.
ReplyDeleteoh that's funny! never knew she made an exercise video! i'm sure the music was awesome! ;)
ReplyDeleteI like the shred video, too...very intense. It starts out on level one(3 levels total) and gets harder as you are ready to increase your workout. I did it for a while on my non running days, but have not even tried it since I have been injured. It involves lots of lunges, push ups..in a circuit training format. It would be good for winter days when you don't want to get out.
