Intentionality, in all things

After a wonderful graduation celebration last night, I woke up early--5:30--and decided I would "get a jump on the day" and run.

Temperature in the upper 60s and humid! I ran 50 minutes, which was my goal. A good run. I try to sprint, i.e., run faster than my normal s l o w pace, the last 20 yards or so. I think it's good to push like that at the end of the run.

Just as I have a running plan, I want to have a life plan-I don't want to live my life randomly, just floating along, doing whatever. I want to be proactive, focused and intentional in all areas of my life.

Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Eph. 5:15.

Running the race, with Him, because of Him, and for His glory!
