Sunday . . . a day of rest

I like Sunday to be a day of worship and rest, so I rarely run on Sundays. I also give my computer some down time; I turn it off early Sunday morning and restart it on Monday. During the week I spend a lot of time on the computer-this is a good break and a chance to refocus on the Lord and the upcoming week.
