5:30 A.M. run

Early is better in the summer! I ran about 37 minutes and felt pretty good-no trouble breathing-Thank you Lord!

It's a busy season right now and I feel like I've been spending too much time on the computer lately. So, my plan is to continue blogging and continue reading the blogs of my running friends, but I will be cutting back on comments. Please know that I will pray for each of you as I read your blogs, but for now, I won't be interacting as much.

Be blessed and be a blessing! :-)

  1. I completely understand...it can be too time consuming at times. That is one reason why I hardly ever get on facebook anymore...it can swallow up so much time unintentionally. We must stay on guard and protect ourselves from things that can be a distraction to what God really wants us to be doing!

I will be praying for you as you are in a busy season--that God would be glorified with your choice of how to spend your time. I desire to be a wise woman in this area, also.

I'm so glad you will still be blogging, though! I have been so thrilled to get to know you better and find out we have so much in common! That has been a treat and a real blessing from God. Thank you!

  2. Kim,

Thanks for your prayers. I've enjoyed getting to know you also! I love reading your blog-so encouraging and motivating, both spiritually and with regard to running. Someday, maybe I'll write about being a vegetarian and I also want to record my running story.

Sending prayers and love your way~

  4. I would love to hear more about being a vegetarian. I am very interested in trying it out and am wondering how I can as I may possibly train for a marathon... In the future, if there's time, I'd love to hear about it!

Thank you for your prayers. I truly covet them as an outdoor runner (esp. safety!). :)

  5. I would also love to hear your story sometime and about being a vegetarian. So glad you will continue to blog. I totally understand about the time constraints, at times we all have to re-evaluate and do what is best for us and our families and above all, what glorifies God the most.
